  • Represented owner in negotiation of long term net lease and guaranty with Davita Dialysis for dialysis center.

  • Represented medical marijuana dispenser in negotiation of four leases with three separate landlords from start to finish in a single week in order to comply with state regulatory filing deadline, including conversion of one transaction from building lease to ground lease.

  • Negotiated management agreement for long-term care nursing facility, representing the manager/operator.

  • Closed the sale of an outparcel and negotiation of reciprocal operating agreement with orthopedic group for urgent care orthopedic center.

  • Represented global engineering firm in negotiation of multiple leases of full and partial floors for office space and in completion of construction contracts for tenant improvements with several different general contractors.

  • Negotiated long term lease with TJX/Homegoods for stand-alone store, representing the owner.

  • Represented the general contractor in negotiation of construction contract for structural retrofitting of New York city multi-family residential building.

  • Represented real estate private equity company in creation of master design and construction agreements to be used in residential development projects nationwide.

  • Represented developer/manager in negotiation of property management and leasing agreements with Prudential Insurance as capital partner for 7-property portfolio.

  • Represented NYC office building owner in negotiation of asset and property management and leasing agreements.

  • Representing two purchasers, closed the acquisition of grocery anchored shopping centers with two different CMBS first mortgage lenders and two different preferred equity holders, one domestic and one foreign, negotiating the operating agreements with the preferred equity holders.

  • Represented NYSE REIT in the acquisition of all membership interests of the owner of a mixed use center consisting of retail and residential units, including due diligence related to complex redevelopment agreements with township and related PILOT agreement.

  • Represented different NYSE REIT in the ground leasing of a parcel to provide main entrance for large new retail development, subsequently converting the lease into a purchase contract.

  • Represented developer of new first class urban retail development in the closing of construction financing with M & T Bank and negotiation of street retail leases with Anthropologie, Williams Sonoma, HSCB Bank and other tenants.
